These orange and mango ice blocks are super duper healthy and super duper delicious! I must admit, after tasting these ice blocks I did endulge and enjoy one myself with the boys - and they asked for seconds.
2 oranges - peeled and pips removed
1 mango - flesh only
1 tbsp raw honey (optional)
1 cup water
Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend until a smooth liquid is formed.
Pour liquid into to ice block moulds.
Place moulds in the freezer over night or until set.
Remove from moulds when solid and enjoy!
